Mississippi Pot Roats Sliders
Pot Roast Ingredients
- 1 3-4lb boneless beef roast, your choice of cut (chuck, sirloin tip, rump)
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
- 1 package au jus gravy mix (1oz)
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix (1oz)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sliders Ingredients
- Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- American Cheese (Or any other melty cheese)
- Other toppings as desired (ex. Fresh or grilled onion)
Pot Roast Directions
- Add roast, butter, gravy mix, and ranch dressing mix to slow cooker
- Cook on low until tender, about 8 hours.
- Shred roast
Sliders Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Fill roll with shredded roast, slice of cheese, and any other desired toppings
- Cook for about 10 minutes
