Mac and Cheese (Taco) (Casserole Crockpot)

aka Taco Mac Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 cups uncooked macaroni
• 2-3 lbs ground meat (beef or turkey)
• 2 oz taco seasoning
• 12 oz can evaporated milk
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 16 oz block Velveeta
• 1/2 cup butter

Directions

1. Cook the pasta al dente, and brown the ground meat
2. Cube the Velveeta, and melt the butter
3. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
4. Pour mixture into lightly greased casserole crock or 6-quart crock pot
5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally
