Crunchy Noodle Salad

Note: To double the recipe for a larger portion, simply double the ingredients, but use 3 packages of Ramen noodles (but only 2 packets of seasoning for the dressing)

Slaw Mix

• 1 (8 oz.) package coleslaw mix
• 1 package Ramen noodles* – Oriental flavor (reserved seasoning packet for dressing)
• 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
• ¼ cup sunflower kernels
• 2 scallions, chopped
• ½ cup almond slivers

Dressing

• 1 seasoning packet from Ramen noodle soup
• 3 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
• ½ cup of vegetable oil

Directions

1. In a large bowl, toss together slaw mix ingredients
2. Mix seasoning packet, sugar, and vinegar together. Slowly add oil while whisking until dressing has thickened.
3. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix prior to serving and toss.
